Because Pouring Jack and Coke Into A Glass Is Too Hard…?

Jack & Coke in a can. For the Canadian Lita Ford.

I’ve been hipped to the fact that Jack Daniels has routinely sold their Whiskey in cans with other beverages like Ginger Ale (Germany), and Citrus (whatever that means, in Australia). Being a well-rounded lover of hooch, I’m not to proud to admit that I’ve sucked back a few Lynchburg Lemonades in my day. That said, I just can’t imagine pouring my good buddy Jack, and his delicious friend coke, pre-mixed in a can, all over my liver.

Turns out, this boozy abomination has been a part of the Jack Daniels’ family for over a decade, and has sold in many incarnations internationally (I’m looking at you, Australia. WTF?). Still, I for one refuse to believe that drunks have gotten so lazy, that the process of making a Jack & Coke (if you’ve forgotten, fill glass with ice, pour in Jack and coke), has become too much work for even the laziest of booze-hounds (E.g: Me). Thankfully, I’ll still be making my Jack & Coke the old fashioned way. Over ice, light on the coke. Word.
